For nine-year-old Jeremiah, it was his moment to shine. After weeks of practice, he was ready to sing his solo in “O Holy Night.”
“I was so nervous, but Ms. Atungonza told me to take a deep breath and think about the words,” Jeremiah said afterward, still glowing from the applause. His performance brought tears to many eyes, including his mother’s. “That was my proudest moment,” she said. “Jeremiah sang from the heart, and we could all feel it.”
The production featured a mix of lively dances, heartfelt carols, and a nativity play that captured the spirit of Christmas. The highlight was when the ABC class joined in a chorus of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas,” their joy infectious as they waved at their families in the crowd.
